- Start a safe plan to build strength and stamina for the one-hour walk and subsequently for Hajj
- Eat healthier before and during Hajj
- Manage common chronic disease during Hajj (Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma/COPD)
- Prevent and manage common ailments (blisters, aches, diarrhoea)

Mulakan rutin penjagaan diri anda untuk meningkatkan kesihatan agar dapat menunaikan Haji dengan sepenuh jiwa dan raga, dan seterusnya memberi kesan mendalam pada rohani, insyaAllah.

Setelah selesai bengkel ini, anda akan dapat:- Berjalan selama satu jam, insyaAllah
- Memulakan persediaan fizikal yang selamat untuk membina kekuatan dan stamina bagi perjalanan selama satu jam dan seterusnya waktu menunaikan Haji
- Pemakanan yang lebih sihat sebelum dan ketika di Mekah
- Mengurus penyakit kronik yang biasa semasa Haji (Kencing manis, berat badan berlebihan dan semput)
