- Walk for one hour, insyaAllah
- Start a safe plan to build strength and stamina for the one-hour walk and subsequently for Hajj
- Eat healthier before and during Hajj
- Manage common chronic disease during Hajj (Diabetes, Obesity and Asthma/COPD)
- Prevent and manage common ailments (blisters, aches, diarrhoea)
